CRBBG received the Letter of Acceptance on August 16 for the project of manufacturing of over 8,000 tons of steel box girder for Zhoushan Fuchimen Bridge in Zhejiang Province.

Zhoushan Fuchimen Bridge project is the start section of the main path work of Zhoushan Port in Ningbo, which starts from Fuchi interchange on Ningbo-Zhoushan expressway and ends at south of Zhangci Village, Cengang Town. It will connect the rebuilt Zhoushan section for the planned national road 329, and Cengang interchange will be set up to connect post-construction work of main path of Zhoushan Port in Ningbo. This is a cable-stayed bridge with double tower and single cable plane, and the main span is 340m.

It is known that since took root in Zhoushan in 2001, CRBBG has undertaken the fabrication of steel girders for Taoyaomen Bridge, Xihoumen Bridge，Jintang Bridge, and Xiushan Bridge (under construction) in Zhoushan Mainland and Islands Link Project, which had made active contribution to the regional traffic development of Zhoushan. In which, Xihoumen Bridge is successively awarded Gustav Lindenthal Medal by IBC, National First Prize for Excellent Welding Engineering, FIDIC 2015 Excellent Engineering Project Award, and Luban Prize for National Construction Project. Zhoushan Sea-Crossing Bridge won 2015 State Science and Technology Award.
