The signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation between The Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd (SHEC) of China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) and China Railway Baoji Bridge Group Co., Ltd (CRBBG) was held in the meeting room of CRBBG on July 28. SHEC Chairman of the Board Jiang Chengshuang, Deputy General Manager Wang Gexin, SHEC Northwest Company General Manager Qin Cifeng, SHEC 5th Company Deputy General Manager doubled Xi'an-Chengdu PDL Project Manager Wang Lei, CRBBG Chairman of the Board Huang Zhenyu, Secretary of Party Committee Hong Jun and Deputy General Manager Zhang Zhouxu, were present at the ceremony.

Accompanied by CRBBG leaders, Chairman Jiang and his group first visited the company's exhibition hall of the products. Then the two parties made an enthusiastic and friendly communication in the 2nd floor meeting room of the company. Both sides expressed the wish to strengthen strategic cooperation through the win-win alliance and to create a good situation of mutual benefit and joint development. Finally, Chairman Jiang and Chairman Huang signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on behalf of both sides.
