On November 29, CRBBG's Chairman of the Board Huang Zhenyu arrived at Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) project office for inspection.

At 15:30 of the day, when Chairman Huang just arrived at the project office, a dozen medias including CCTV and STV were on the general assembly site of the bridge for report. With pleasure, Huang accepted the focus interview conducted by several medias and replied to the questions concerned by the reporters, such as "how to guarantee the 120 years design service life of HZMB" and "how to accelerate industrial progress and promote industrial upgrading". He said that CRBBG actively responded to the concept of "large-scaled, workshopped, automated and assembled" for HZMB, and independently developed technologies of automatic welding, assembly and welding without damages, and lifting and transporting for the steel girders and towers, which provided technical assurance for the 120 years design service life of the bridge.

In the morning of November 30, Huang went up to the general assembly site of Wuchang Shipbuilding and Shanhaiguan Bridge for investigation. In the afternoon, he had an infomal discussion with some staff and workers of the project office, giving a high appraisal to the preliminary work they had done and raising requirements for the work for the next step.

At the present time, the main girder segments for HZMB have been ready to be lifted at the bridge site.
