At a.m. 9:30 of September 28, after more than one year's hard work by the staff of Yangzhou Steel Structure Co., Ltd, Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge was successfully closed. Li Xueyong, Governor of Jiangsu Province, and Shi Heping, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, accompanied by Fan Jinlong, General Secretary of Provincial Government, Lu Zhipeng, Deputy General Secretary, Zhanglei, Secretary of Party Committee of Taizhou, Xu Guoping, Mayor of Taizhou, Liu Handong, Mayor of Zhenjiang, You Qingzhong, Director-General of Jiangsu Transportation Department, Wang Xiangming, Director of Jiangsu Safety Supervision Bureau, and Chen Xianghui, Vice President of Jiangsu Transport Holding Company, visited the closing site of Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge and extended their regards to the constructors.
