On March 4, headed by Zhang Jinwen, the Associate Administrator, a group of nine people from Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Administration arrived at Yangzhou Steel Structure Company to make an inspection.

Accompanied by CRBBG and Yangzhou leaders, the visitors inspected the Riveting and Welding Workshop and the general assembly yard and dock for Nanjing 4th Yangtze River Bridge. Then a special symposium was held and Zhang said, with the glorious tradition, outstanding achievements, rich experiences in bridging and powerful comprehensive strength, CRBBG was quite expected to play an important role in the bridge construction.

Shen Ping, the Deputy Director of Industrial Equipment Department of CREC, also made a presentation at the meeting. As Shen said, CRBBG was the key enterprise in the industry section of CREC and the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was the world-influencing project, CREC would give high attention and full support to both of them. He requested CRBBG to deeply comprehend the bridge standards and strengthen its scientific research to make a greater performance for the bridge.

Li Zongmin, the General Manager of CRBBG, firstly thanked for the trust and support from the Administration, and expressed that CRBBG would like to make contribution to the bridge and sincerely expected the both parties to stengthen communications and develop extensive cooperations in the future.

Huang Zhenyu, the Chairman of the Board of CRBBG, addressed that CRBBG was looking forward to the construction of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and was confident and competent to make the bridge the top-ranking project.
