The No.7, 50 kg/m scissors crossings for Beijing Metro No.9 Line, pre- fabricated and laid by CRBBG, was accepted at Wanli Hotel in Baoji on April 26. Jiang Ying, Senior Engineer of North China Consultation Company, Zhao Qing, Engineer of Beijing Metro Construction Management Company, Zhang Yanjun, Senior Engineer of Beijing Municipal Office, and leaders and experts from China Railway No.3 Bureau and No.11 Bureau, attended the meeting. Li Yi, Chief Engineer of CRBBG, and relevant directors and personnel, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the experts of the Acceptance Team seriously heard the “Trial Manufacture and laying Report for No.7, 50 kg/m Scissors Crossings with 5m Spacing” and the “Test Report”, and went deep into the site to make an inspection. By reporting, field inspection and team discussion, the expert team considered that the acceptance documents supplied by CRBBG was complete, the dimensions of turnout parts conformed to the requirements of design drawings, the dimensions of all components conformed to the product drawings and relevant technical standards, the new factors harmful to the environment and safety had not increased during the production, the environmental pollution control conformed to GB/T 28001-2001 and GB/T 24001-2004, and the batch production could be proceeded. The agreement on the turnout transportation was also reached at the meeting.

Li addressed that CRBBG would organize the production strictly according to the drawings and standards, and meet the demands of construction of Beijing Metro No.9 Line with its top-ranking products.
