Recently, the commendation conference of 2021 Science and Technology Award of China Communications and Transportation Association was held in Changsha. CRBBG won two first prizes and one third prize respectively for "Key Technology Research and Application of Curved Large-Section Steel Tower Manufacturing" under the Puyi Highway Bridge Project,"Key Technology Research on the Construction of Segmental Prefabricated and Assembled Waveform Steel Web Continuous Box Girder Bridge" under the Nanjing Fifth Yangtze River Bridge Project, and "Research on Manufacturing Technology of Large-Span Fully Welded Continuous Steel Truss" under the Ningbo Sanguantang Bridge Project.
The west section of Puyi Highway Bridge is the widest single-column-shaped steel tower bridge across the Yangtze River in China at present. The steel tower is of central single-column shape, and the total weight of two steel towers is more than 12,000 tons. It is also the first central single-column-shaped steel tower bridge in China.
Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Yangtze River Bridge, also known as Nanjing Fifth Yangtze River Bridge, is an important part of Nanjing's Expressway, and is also the world's first light steel-concrete cable-stayed bridge. CRBBG undertook the manufacture, transportation and installation of more than 10,000 tons of steel shells of cable towers and 27,000 tons of steel girders of the bridge.
Ningbo Sanguantang Bridge is a 3-span continuous truss bridge, with a span arrangement of 160m+465m+160m and a main span of 465m. It is the largest continuous all-welded steel truss bridge in the world. The bridge adopts a plate-truss composite all-welded structure, which integrates the technical characteristics of steel truss and steel plate girder. CRBBG undertakes the manufacture and installation of the steel structures of more than 32,000 tons.
