On September 17th, the commissioning ceremony of CRBBG's Zhoushan Base was held in Zhoushan High-Tech Industrial Park. CRBBG's Zhoushan Base is the largest and most intelligent steel bridges manufacturing base in China, and its establishment marked that CRBBG will lead green and intelligent manufacturing of steel bridges into a new era.

It took only half a year for CRBBG's Zhoushan Base to be put into production. Zhoushan Base is equipped with the most advanced intelligent blanking production line for plate panel of steel bridge girder, intelligent production line for top plate, bottom plate and web plate of steel bridge girder, intelligent production line for robot diaphragm, the largest indoor steel box assembly production line, the China's most advanced intelligent environmentally-friendly sandblasting and coating production line, and more than 400 sets of intelligent professional manufacturing equipment. The base has also the largest 3,000-ton steel raw material wharf in China, a 5,000-ton harbor basin shipping wharf and a 750-ton gantry crane. In addition, the base has independently developed and applied an all-terminal joint control collaborative information system that serves as technology research and development, digital control, flexible manufacturing, data analysis, quality tracking, digital Kanban, and 5G application. It is estimated that the annual production capacity of steel structures will be more than 200,000 tons.
