CRBBG and Siemens Signal Company Limited (SSCL) signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Baoji on November 2. SSCL's Deputy General Manager Guo Xingshe, Chief Engineer Lin Wei, CRBBG's Deputy General Manager Zhang Zhouxu and directors of relevant departments attended the signing ceremony.

Before signing the Agreement, both sides had warm and friendly talks on the successful cooperation experience in recent years as well as the development prospect of overseas market and domestic urban rail market. Both sides agreed that the overseas market expansion and the urban rail transit construction were entering into a period of rapid development, and SSCL and CRBBG should have pragmatic and close cooperation based on the principle of "Equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, win-win cooperation and mutual development", give full play to both sides' distinctive advantages in brand, market, technology, management and resources, jointly promote the rapid development of overseas market and domestic urban rail market, strive to widen the depth and scope of the cooperation, continuously advance the core competence and economic benefit of both enterprises, and realize win-win and mutual development.

Witnessed by representatives of both sides, Deputy G.M. Zhang Zhouxu and Deputy G.M. Guo Xingshe signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement.
