CRBBG and Yunnan Kunming Iron and Steel Construction Group (KISCG) signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Kunming, Yunnan on October 13. KISG's Deputy General Manager Sun Xiaoyue, KISCG's Board Chairman Tian Rui, Secretary of Party Committee Wang Jinkun, General Manager Zhou Yaoxian, Deputy General Manager Lei Yong, CRBBG's Secretary of Party Committee Hong Jun, Deputy General Manager Wang Huiping, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee Hou Yinghui, Marketing Center's General Manager Mao Jianping and Secretary Huang Xin attended the ceremony.

Before signing the Agreement, both sides had warm and friendly talks on the successful cooperation experience in recent years as well as the future market prospect of traffic infrastructure construction in Yunnan. Both sides agreed that the traffic construction in Yunnan and its surrounding regions was entering into a period of rapid development, and KISCG and CRBBG should have pragmatic and close cooperation based on the principle of "Equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, win-win cooperation and mutual development", give full play to both sides' distinctive advantages in brand, market, technology, management and resources, jointly promote the innovative development of local infrastructure, strive to widen the depth and scope of the cooperation, continuously advance the core competence and economic benefit of the enterprises, and realize win-win and mutual development.

Witnessed by representatives of both sides, Deputy G.M. Wang Huiping and Deputy G.M. Lei Yong signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement.
