CRBBG was awarded 2015 Advanced Participant for Construction of Changsha Maglev Project by Hunan Maglev Transportation Development Co., Ltd recently.

Changsha Maglev Express is located in Yuhua District and Changsha County with an overall length of 18.55km. It starts from north of east Square of South Changsha Railway Station, along Laodong Road, Huangxing Avenue and Airport Express, and ends at Huanghua Airport. The whole line is elevated and sets up 3 maglev stations, High Speed Railway Station, Langmuli Station and Airport station, as well as a depot as comprehensive base.

Changsha Maglev Express adopts the electromagnetic principle of "homopolar repulsion and heteropole attraction", and each car is installed at the bottom 20 sets of electromagnet and 20 suspension stabilizers to ensure a 8mm constant clearance with the F-rail, thus the electromagnetic force supports the train and propels it forward. After the Authority's inspection, the electromagnetic radiation of the maglev train in all environments is lower than the safe limit specified by the international standard, and the level of noise at short range only amounts to the volume of normal conversation.
