CRBBG successfully passed the reexamination for recertification of National High-Tech Enterprise recently, which is for the second time that CRBBG get this laurel since 2012.

In recent years, by strengthening self-development of products and optimization and innovation of processes, CRBBG put forth a series of product with new technology and independent intellectual property right in the construction of national key projects and the research & development of state new products, which have been authorized invention patent for 26 items and utility model patent for 30 items. Many projects have won more than 60 items of international and national awards, including National Gold Award for High Quality Projects, Luban Award for Construction Projects, National First Prize for Progress in Science and Technology, National First Prize for Excellent Welding Engineering, and the international bridge award - Gustav Lindenthal Medal. In 2014, CRBBG was certified as National Enterprise Technical Center.

In recent years, CRBBG implemented the brand-centered strategy and the enterprise core competence have been markedly improved, and the outstanding achievements of many "China's Firsts" have been created. The steel towers for Nanjing 3rd Yangtze River Bridge is honored as "China's First Tower"; the first set of railway turnout for 350km/h and 250km/h passenger dedicated line in China broke the technological monopoly by foreign enterprises and created a new era of high speed railway turnout development in China; and the railway turnout products have been recognized as Shaanxi Famous Brand Product for years. The company has been developed to be the most advanced manufacturer of railway equipment in China.

As the Leading Enterprise in the field of maglev transportation in china, CRBBG has successively undertaken research on High Speed Maglev Turnout, a sub-project of National 863 Program; participated construction of the only two medium-low speed maglev test lines in China; accomplished design, trial manufacture of sample and installation of the first set of high speed maglev turnout in China; accomplished "Research on Medium-Low Speed Maglev Transportation Technology & Engineering Application", a subject of state science & technology support program in the National 11th Five-Year Plan; and co-authored 4 standards that had become the industry standards in the filed of medium-low speed maglev transportation. Meanwhile, it participated the construction of world's first commercial line - Shanghai high speed maglev train demonstrative line and China's first medium-low speed maglev line - Hunan Changsha maglev line. Now CRBBG is the only specialized enterprise in China to hold the independent intellectual property of core technology of maglev transportation as well as to realize design, fabrication and installation of it.

Within three years after the certification of National High-Tech Enterprise, the enterprise will enjoy national preferential policy as well as obtain the state's strong support in technical research and development, innovation capital, enterprise management and talent team construction. This certification is not only a great honour, but also an important qualification, which adequately shows CRBBG's distinct dominance in R&D, production and sales of high-tech products, investment of R&D expenditure, amount of independent intellectual property right, commercialization of research findings, and allocation of science & technology resources, and will bring positive promoting effect to further expand the market and improve the market competitiveness.
