The Commencement of Two-Way Joint Commissioning for The Whole Line of Changs..
The two-way joint commissioning for the whole line of Changsha Maglev Express, the first medium-low maglev rail transit line with independent intellectual property right in China, commenced on December 14, and the line is anticipated to be put into trial operation on December 26. It is known that the joint commissioning is one of the key links in Changsha Maglev system project, which will comprehensively and systematically demonstrate the security, compatibility and applicability of the fixed facilities and mobile equipment for Changsha Maglev under actual operating conditions.
At 10 o'clock in the morning, Changsha maglev train set out from the north of east square of South Railway Station of Changsha, went eastward along Laodong Road and spanning Liuyang River to Huangxing Avenue, then went northward along Huangxing Avenue to the south of Airport Expressway, and went eastward along the south of Airport Expressway, and finally went straight to connect the corridor between T1 and T2 of Changsha Huanghua International Airport, with an overall length of about 18.55km. The whole line has three stations, Maglev High Speed Railway Station, Maglev Li Station and Maglev Airport Station. The maximum design speed is 100km/h and average speed is 65km/h, faster than Changsha Metro Line 2.
CRBBG has undertaken the manufacturing of F-shaped track panel in this project. The total length of F-shaped track panel is 76,760m, in which, 624m is for turnout. Totally 6,476 pieces.
