The first segment of steel trussed girder for Hulukou Bridge was successfully erected on September 5, which laid foundation for the subsequent construction at bridge site. So far the shop fabrication for Hulukou Bridge has been near the end, totally 37 lifting segments at bridge site are in steady progress,and the erection of full bridge is anticipated to be completed by the end of the year.

Hulukou Bridge is located over Jinsha River at the boundary of Ningnan County, Sichuan and Qiaojia County, Yunnan, about 37km upstream from the damsite of Baihetan hydropower station. The main bridge is a 158m+656m+145m steel trussed girder suspension bridge. It will become an important passage for the external traffic of the hydropower station and for the communication of residents of the two places.
