CRBBG's Qiaoyuan Company won the bid of fabrication of 6,800 tons of steel structures for Yi River Bridge on Nanjing Road in Linyi, Shandong recently.

With an overall length of 1,023m, Yi River Bridge is composed of main bridge (wild goose-shaped irregular arch bridge), approach bridge over waters and approach bridge at bank. The main bridge is composed of through arch bridge at midspan and prestressed concrete continuous girders at side spans. The main girder adopts an integral cross-section of the combination of the main longitudinal box girders at both sides and the bridge deck, with the height of girder of 3.3m at the centerline of main girder and 2.7m at that of main longitudinal girder.

Yi River Bridge is the important river-crossing passage spanning Yi River of Nanjing Road from downtown to the east, which will greatly ease the traffic situation when completed and become the landmark building in the Yi River area.
