After more than half year's unremitting efforts, CRBBG's Chongqing switch project office has finished the installation of 7 sets of turnout beams up to now, and the progress and quality of works won high praise from the owner and supervisor.

As a livelihood project planned to be open at the beginning of 2015, the extension section of Chongqing rail transit Line 2 was another light rail extension project in Chongqing after the south extension section project of Line 3. CRBBG undertook the manufacture and installation of 10 sets of turnout at Baijusi depot of the extension of Line 2, in which, 3 sets for 3-way switch, 3 sets for 5-way switch and 4 sets for simple switch, which took the most in single installation of turnout compared with the previous projects.

Facing difficulties such as scattered civil engineering foundation platform and weather effect during the field installation, over 20 staff and workers of the project office actively coordinated and speeded up construction to ensure the construction schedule, and have finished the erection of 7 sets of turnout beams so far since the start of work at the beginning of May this year.
