In the afternoon of July 23, Deputy Director of Baoji Standing Committee of People's Congress and Chairman of Baoji Federation of Labor Unions, Qiao Chunfang, Deputy Director of Baoji Industry and Information Technology Bureau Zhang Li, and Cochairman of Baoji Federation of Labor Unions Li Xiaolan and Zhao Hongzhou, visited and extended their regards to CRBBG steel foundry workers. CRBBG Secretary of Party Committee Hong Jun, Chairman of Labor Union Liang Shilai, Chief Dispatcher and Chief Safety Officer Wang Zhisheng, and Cochairman of Labor Union Suo Wei, attended the visit.

The visit of Chairman Qiao and his group is one of the activities of the campaign "The Chinese Dream, The Labor's Beauty - Cool and refreshing regards for a safe summer", to stay close to the grassroots and express sympathy and solicitude for the front line workers, which is carried out by Baoji Federation of Labor Unions recently. Around three o'clock in the afternoon of the day, despite of the scorching day, Chairman Qiao and his group arrived at the steel foundry shop of CRBBG, extended their regards to workers who were working at the flaming steelmaking furnace, gave drinks and tea to them and kindly communicated with them. Seeing the workers fighting on the front line and streaming with sweat, Chairman Qiao said with emotion, "CRBBG's 35 years continual profiting is the harvest of joint endeavor of all workers. In such a hot day, the workers still stick to their post and work hard, and fulfill "The Chinese Dream, The Labor's Beauty" with their plain action, which shows the enterprising aspect of CRBBG workers." Later, Qiao and his group went to crane group, molding group and heat treatment group of steel foundry shop, and visited the front line workers.

During the visit, Secretary Hong and Chairman Liang introduced CRBBG's production and operation status and the workers' touching stories in this hot summer, respectively. While nodded and praised it, Chairman Qiao asked the company to pay high attention to the safety in production, to create a good working environment for the front line workers and to give them more concern, so as to ensure the safe production of the company in this summer.
