Recently the acceptance meeting for the 1st round general assembly of steel box girders for Nanjing Youth's Olympic Park (NYOP) pedestrian bridge project (Contract section B) was held at Yangzhou Company. Nanjing Major Road and Bridge Construction Headquarters Administrative Commander Wu Huanling, Deputy Chief Commander Peng Gengsheng, Chief Engineer Zhang Dengjing, China Academy of Railway Sciences Researcher Shi Yongji, Wuhan Bridge Construction Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd Steel Structure Officer Mu Jinlu, CRBBG Secretary of Party Committee Hong Jun, Deputy General Manager Wang Huiping, and leaders and experts from relevant units, were present at the meeting. Pu Wei, Deputy Director of Engineering Department of Nanjing Major Road and Bridge Construction Headquarters, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, the attendees listened to the Techncial Summary Report for The 1st Round Steel Box Girders for NYOP Pedestrian Bridge Project (Contract section B) and the Quality Test Report made by CRBBG, Supervision and Acceptance Suggestions made by the supervision unit, General Assembly Monitoring Report made by the monitoring unit, and Welds Acceptance Status made by CRBBG Center Laboratory; and seriously reviewed relevant documentations. The meeting came to an agreement that, the documents for fabrication of steel box girders for NYOP pedestrian bridge were complete and the test data were reliable; all the main dimensional deviations and other indexes for segment fabrication and trial assembly met the requirements in Acceptance Rules for Fabrication of Box Girders and Cable Towers for NYOP Pedestrian Bridge Project; the fabrication plan was practicable, the fabrication process was controllable with good control measures, and the prepared process documents met the manufacturing requirements, so it was approved to be put into batch production.
