On August 22, the 1st set of 60kg/m No.9 single turnout manufactured and trial-laid by China Railway Track Equipment Co., Ltd (CRTE) successfully passed the inspection by the expert team composed of MTR Corporation, CCQJV, China Railway Materials Commercial Corp. Hongkong & Macao Co., Ltd. The Hongkong party had approved the batch production of this turnout by CRTE.

During the inspection, the expert team first visited the production line, completely knowing of the technological level, machining equipment and plant supervision mode of CRTE, then checked up the trial-laid turnout. After inspection, all items for the product were qualified and met the technical specifications and standard requirements.
