On July 17 a.m., CRBBG and China Railway No.1 Bureau Xinyun Company signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Xianyang. CRBBG General Manager Li Zongmin and China Railway No.1 Bureau Xinyun Company General Manager He Qing, on behalf of both sides, signed the Agreement.

Leaders who were present at the signing ceremony included CRBBG Chairman of the Board Huang Zhenyu, General Manager Li Zongmin, and Assistant General Manager and Director of Sales Department Wen Guiwu; China Railway No.1 Bureau Xinyun Company General Manager He Qing, Deputy General Manager Liu Weibo, Chief Accountant Peng Jianxin, and Deputy General Manager Tie Yibin, Qiao Peng and Yang Qingyong.

At the signing ceremony, General Manager He generally introduced Xinyun Company and its production and management, and hoped that both sides would strengthen strategic cooperation and realize mutual benefit and win-win from three aspects: firstly to cooperate with credit and pursue co-promotion and co-development, secondly to complement advantages with each other to make mutual benefit and resist market risk together, and thirdly to initiate new field and build new platform to seek wider space for development.

He sincerely expected that the strategic cooperation of both sides would make a consummation and provide the enterprises with new energy and motivity in order to realize the wish of making progress together and developing hand in hand.

Chairman Huang addressed in his speech that China Railway No.1 Bureau Xinyun Company was a famous enterprise in the field for its advanced technology, honesty and credit and powerful strength, who was CRBBG's model as well as partner. He expressed that the signing of the Agreement established a good foundation for the future cooperation of both sides, which certainly would promote the rail transit cause of the state, improve the competitive strength of both sides, and produce a plentiful harvest.
