In the morning of July 12, Liu Dawang, Secretary of the Organization Department of Party Committee of Jiangsu Communication and Transportation Office, accompanied by Zhong Jianchi, Deputy Inspector of Jiangsu Communication and Transportation Office and Field General Director for Taizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge, Xia Guoxing, Deputy General Director, and Ji Lin, Chief Engineer, made a special visit to CRBBG Yangzhou Steel Structure Company in spite of the rain to inspect it's production and construction. Huang Zhenyu, Chairman of the Board of CRBBG, Cheng Yuhai, General Manager Assistant of CRBBG and General Manager of Yanghou Company, and Li Shuo, Deputy General Manager of Yanghou Company, were present during the visit.

In the meeting room, Liu and his group firstly heard the report on company profile, steel bridge achievements and product introduction, and Party construction given by General Manager Cheng of Yangzhou Company. Then Huang Zhenyu, Chairman of the Board of CRBBG, made a detailed introduction on construction and development of CRBBG in recent years and the expansion and strengthening of steel structure and railway turnout production.

Liu attentively knew about the production status of several key projects under fabrication by the company, such as steel girders for Taizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge and for Nanjing 4th Yangtze River Bridge. He showed gratification and approval to the proper safety measures in production and the efficient quality control of products. The rapid development of Yangzhou Company during the four years from entering and being stationed in Yangzhou and the occupancy of steel bridges and structures market in China at high start point were fully recognized, the quality stressing, safety control, progress acceleration, and stability assurance of Yangzhou Company by overcoming difficulties were highly appraised, and the eager expectations for construction and development of the company in the future were also presented.

Later the group went deep into the workshops and newly built dock to visit the fabrication of steel box girders, and participated in the inspection of the steel box girders on site.
