On July 2, the certification meeting on trial assembly of steel truss (GL-1 section) for the Yellow River Bridge on new Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo interurban railways was presided and held by Henan Interurban Railways Co., Ltd at Baoji.

The experts and leaders went deep into the trial assembly site in Steel Structure Workshop, inspected the fabrication of steel truss and plane trial assembly of main truss, and heard the “Technical Report for First Trial Assembly of Steel Truss for Yellow River Bridge on Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo Interurban Railways” and the “Inspection Report for First Trial Assembly of Steel Truss for Yellow River Bridge on Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo Interurban Railways” by CRBBG and the Supervision Work Report by Beijing China Railway Chengye Supervision Company.

After serious document reviewing and thorough discussion, the attendees finally came to the conclusion that the documents provided for this trial assembly of main truss were complete and the data checked were reliable, and all indexes met the requirements in “Fabrication Rules for Steel Truss of Yellow River Bridge on New Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo Interurban Railways” and design documents. With well-prepared technical and productive arrangement, feasible process plan, reliable fixtures and jigs, and perfect quality management system for fabrication of steel truss (GL-1 section) for the bridge, CRBBG was qualified and could proceed to the mass production of steel truss.
