On June 14, the technical certification meeting on in-plant trial production and laying of one-way expansion joint for 60kg/m rail, which is fabricated by China Railway Track Equipment Co., Ltd, for open deck of Nanjing Dashengguan Bridge, was held in Nanjing.

The meeting was presided by Shanghai Design and Research Institue of Railway and Urban Rail Traffic. Leaders and experts from China Academy of Railway Sciences (CARS), China Railway 4th Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd, China Railway Shanghai Design Institute Group Co., Ltd, China Railway 3th Bureau Group Co., Ltd and CARS (Beijing) Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the export team listened to the In-Plant Trial Production and Laying Report, Check Report and Expansion Resistance Test Report, and viewed the trial produced and laid expansion joint on site. The attendees agreed after discussion that China Railway Track Equipment Co., Ltd fully prepared the technical documents, the advanced production equipment and process and the high product quality and precision ensured the stable performance of expansion joint, and exceeded the maximum expansion in China at present, and meet the welding requirement for continuous welded rail track on open deck, thus it could be put into mass production.
