On December 30, 2010, Hong Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee of CRBBG, Zhang Zhouxu, General Manager of Nanjing Company, and Wang Shoufeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing Company, made a special visit to Lu Bing, Deputy Mayor of Nanjing. Lou Xuequan, Director of Nanjing Transportation Bureau, and Yu Baiyong, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Metro Construction Headquaters and Nanjing Metro Company, were present at the meeting.

Hong introduced CRBBG and its strategic planning of "Eastward Advancement and Double Expansion of Steel Structures and Turnouts" to the Deputy Mayor Lu, mainly on the major projects taken by CRBBG in Nanjing public buildings and the construction progress and development future of Nanjing Company. Hong also gave an invitation to Lu to attend the operating ceremony of Nanjing Company to be held.

The Deputy Mayor Lu firstly thanked for the contribution that CRBBG had made for the development of Nanjing in these years. He asked with interest for the product oriention, construction scale and progress of CRBBG Nanjing Company, and hoped to strengthen the cooperation with CRBBG to create the mutual win of Nanjing city and CRBBG.
