Organized by National Railway Administration and with the review group composed of 9 experts in railway turnout industry, the review meeting for Administrative License for manufacturer of 60kg/m 1:18 high speed turnout for 350km/h line was held in CRBBG on August 29 to 31.

The review was composed of two parts, field verification and expert review. The key points of review included the satisfaction of permissive conditions of production resources such as enterprise quality management, production equipment, inspection equipment and personnel capacity demand, application, implementation and management of technical standards and documents, purchasing quality control of raw materials and purchased parts, quality and safety control of production process, execution of quality inspection system, and implementation of safety production system and measures. The expert review included three parts, quality management, technical control and resource inspection.

After three days review, the expert group gave affirmative assessment on all links of turnout manufacturing of CRBBG and issued the expert review opinions, caming to the conclusion that "CRBBG preliminarily passed the expert review for Administrative License for railway turnout equipment manufacturing".

It is known that the railway infrastructure and turnout products are the significant equipment to ensure smooth transportation of railways, and their quality directly affect the operation safety of railways. The Administrative License for railway turnout equipment manufacturing organized by National Railway Administration is the entry conditions for turnout product manufacturers.
