CRBBG formally won the bid for fabrication of 30,209.2 tons of steel box girder and steel anchor beam for Jiayu Yangtze River Highway Bridge in Hubei Province recently.

Jiayu Yangtze River Highway Bridge is the control project of ring expressway of Wuhan city circle. With the overall length of 4,660m, the bridge is composed of four sections, north bank approach, main navigable span, south bank riffle bridge and bridge spanning south embankment. The main bridge spanning the river is a cable-stayed symmetrical double tower combined steel box girder bridge, with the overall length of 1,460m.

The construction of this bridge is of great significance to complete the ring expressway of Wuhan city circle as early as possible, perfect the expressway network of Hubei Province, optimize the arrangement of river-crossing pathway for expressway, ease the through traffic pressure of Shanghai-Chongqing and Beijing-Hongkong-Macao Expressways, and speed up the construction of Wuhan city circle.
