Good news came at the beginning of this Year of the Goat that CRBBG's National Enterprise Technical Center was officially launched on February 17.

By powerful implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the enterprise through technology and talent for many years, CRBBG's core products keep a favorable position in research and development as for "one generation of R&D, one generation of production, and one generation of reservation", and its railway turnouts, steel bridges and steel structures, mechanical products and urban rail transport products take the lead position in the field. The company has been always involved in the construction of state key engineering projects and the research and development of state new products for a long time. The products have won more than 60 items of national and international awards, such as Gold Medal for State Quality Projects, Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Award, Luban Prize for Construction Engineering, State New Product Award, and Gustav Lindenthal Medal. And more than 60 items of production technology and process have been authorized national patent certificate.

As the core force of the innovation-driven development of the enterprise, the technical center is a technical research & development institution and an innovation organization system with higher level set up by the enterprise according to the demand of market competition. At the beginning of 2015, the National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued the document that CRBBG's Technical Center was certified as National Enterprise Technical Center, which would create new opportunities for CRBBG to get the support from the state innovation ability construction special project, the high-tech industrialization special project, the strategic emerging industry development special project, and the national science and technology plan.
