Completed in 2010, this is a six-towered cable-stayed continuous steel truss bridge with composite girders. The steel trusses are totally 1 ,684m long with total weight of about 41 ,000 tons. It is the longest rail-cum-road bridge with the highest design standard in the world, and also a continuous steel truss bridge firstly adopting three main truss structure with oblique side truss in the world.
