The Croatian Peljesac Bridge Project is located in the Maliston Bay Nature Reserve of the Adriatic Sea, connecting the Croatian mainland with the Peljesac Peninsula.
The Peljesac Bridge has a total length of 2440m and is a six-tower single-plane cable-stayed bridge with a span of 285m. The whole bridge has a total of 13 spans, the steel box girder layout is 84.0+108.0+108.0+189.5+5x285.0+189.5+108.0+108.0+84.0=2404.0m, two-way two-lane, two-way cross slope 2.5%, the main bridge steel box girder adopts The orthotropic plate has a top width of 22.5 meters, a box bottom width of 8.1 meters, and a height of 4.5 meters.
The steel box girder of this bridge adopts the European standard (EN 1090-2 EXC4), the steel plate adopts the European standard (EN 10025) S355J2/S355N/S460, the standard section length of the steel box girder is 12m, and the total weight of the steel box girder is about 34000t.
